The judgement
It is hexagram 45 of the I Ching, formed by the Earth trigram below and the Lake one above: six lines, three for each trigram. Gathering Together is the lake on the earth: the waters reunite. A great gathering asks for a center, a rite, a sincerity.

What it means today
People and energies concentrate. Give the gathering a why, or it becomes a crowd. Where there is mass, there is risk: prepare.
Classic image
Lake on the earth. The wise person renews the weapons and warns against the unforeseen.
Love
In love a wider circle. Include with criteria, not from a fear of excluding.
Work
At work an event or an enlarged team. Logistics and meaning, together.
Relationships
In relationships, invite. Solitude now is against the season — if you have a true center.
Decisions
Yes to convening. Name the purpose. Without a purpose, do not convene.
